  Not long time ago was Kemer very small village qiuetly lying in the pine forest. But then locals decided to start earning money not only in fishing but as well with tourism. Even today it is still quiet and nice place to relax. For adventure-like people there is a possibility to stay for night at so called hippy community in the tree houses or the hanging hammocks.

  This seaport, in the past called Smyrna, is the second largest port after Istanbul. It is located by the Aegean Sea and was founded alredy 4000 years ago but unfortunately there are not many historical sites preserved. Today it is third largest city in Turkey with so much diverse nightlife.

• Göreme

  The Göreme city is located in the Cappadocia district. It is surrounded by rocky churches, cones and other rocky formations made by erosions. Not far from the city centre there is the open air museum of this unique site. It was also added to the World Heritage List of UNESCO in 1985.

• Bodrum

  Another important Turkish seaport Bodrum, located in the Mugla province. This resort is world-known as the international centre of yachting. There is Greek island Kos situated near-by and according to the legend, Bodrum should be the Greek historian Hérodotos' hometown. You can also see here mausoleum of the Persian emperor Mausól, which is considered as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

• Fethiye

  Summer resort Fethiye is one of the most popular resorts in Turkey. Thanks to its wilderness and rugged seashore it is being much frequented by many tourists. It used to have a Greek name because of the establishment by the Greek knights of Rhodos island. Worth visiting is the Greek fortress on a hill and the Doric architecture in the town. Noteworthy is the mountain scenery around suitable for hiking and paragliding and clear sea for water sports.
